| 摘 要： | 文章根据目前我国中学体育教育师资不足,经费紧张,场地器材设施较差和教学内容单一等现状分析,应充分利用自然资源,因地制宜,有计划、有步骤地将丰富多彩的、资金投入小的、场地器材要求不高的民族传统体育项目引入中学,融入中学体育教学课堂。这样不仅能解决中学体育办学面临的实际问题,减少经费投入,而且能大大提高学生学习体育的积极性,丰富和活跃校园文化生活,让学生从参与活动中去领悟自强不息的民族精神。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the problems such as shortage of teachers and funds,poor courts and equipments,dull teaching content in the current teaching of middle school class,the paper believes that national traditional sports can be introduced in to the P.E.class of middle school step by step,because they don't need more money and good equipments and can fully use the natural resources in different places.Then,the problems in the P.E.teaching of middle schools can be solved,and can also reduce the investment of money and improve the study interests of students in P.E.class,enrich the cultural life in school,and help students get the nationa spirits of striving unceasingly. |
