| 摘 要： | 美国著名的中国法律史学者步德茂教授运用法律经济学理论，以清朝刑科题本素材，从人口增长、商业化以及文化意识形态等方面入手，设计了财产权暴力纠纷的时空分布形态模型，研究了18世纪中国的法律制度及法律实践与经济变迁之间的关系，更新了中国法律文化的研究方法、拓宽了研究视阈。

| Abstract: | By means of law economics and on the basis of population growth, commercialization and cultural ideology, Thomas M. Buoye, the famous American scholar on Chinese legal culture, has successfully designed the temporal and geographic distribution patterns to study the correlation between the legal system, legal practice and economic changes according to the homicide reports from the routine memorials to the Ministry of Justice of the Qing Dynasty. It has renewed the methods to study the Chinese legal culture and broadened our studying vision. |
