摘    要:随着经济全球化、信息技术和社会文化的快速发展,终身学习和学习型组织日益受到重视。终身学习的理念和学习型组织的建设为组织学习创造了良好的环境,参与组织学习和学习型组织建设,对远程开放教育的可持续发展具有重要的意义。但远程开放教育在参与组织学习过程中也面临一些问题和障碍,需要通过与行业、企业深度合作,形成战略伙伴关系,共同制定人才培养模式、共同开发课程资源、共建师资队伍等措施来实现。

Abstract:With the rapid development of economic globalization, information technology and social culture, lifelong learning and learning organization is paid more and more attention. The concept of lifelong learning and The construction of the learning organization create a good environment for organizational learning, participation in organizational learning and learning organization construction. Participating in organizational learning and learning organization construction has an important meaning to sustainable development of open and distance education. But the open and distance education in participating in organizational learning process is also facing some problems and obstacles. Through the cooperation it has to form a strategic partnership with the industries and enterprises, to jointly formulate the personnel training mode, to develop the curriculum resources and teaching staff construction.
