| 摘 要： | 以德治国方略的提出,是对马克思主义国家学说的丰富和发展,是中共第一代和第二代领导集体智慧的结晶。同时,它也是对中华民族德治传统的继承和发扬。把道德建设提到治国方略的高度,将有力地促进依法治国基本方略的实施。为了保证这一治国方略的贯彻实施,必须加强对大学生的社会公德、职业道德和家庭美德教育。

| Abstract: | The strategy of "running the country with virtue",which enriches and develops Marxist theory of the state.is the crystallization of collective wisdom of the 2nd and the 3nd generations of the leadership and is the inheritance and development of our nation's tradition of "administering the country by law".Raising the construction of ethics to the height of country's administration will greatly help to carry out the strategies .To ensure the effect, the education of pubilc morality.professional ethics and famliy virtue ought to be enhanced in colleges and universities. |
