| 摘 要： | 现代图书管理信息系统面临着资源丰富、数据结构复杂的特点，满足用户个性化服务成为其重要内容。本文研究了图书管理中的个性化服务的技术问题，如个性化检索信息表示、用户兴趣特征的学习等。后面根据研究结果开发了一个应用实例，提高了服务水平。
