| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育规模的持续扩张,教育经费投入不足所引发的教育公平问题、教育质量问题、教育产业化问题已成为社会各界普遍关心的热点问题.如何解决教育经费投入不足产生的这些负面影响,既取决于各级政府能否真正把教育摆在优先发展的战略位置,依法投入的决心和意志,又依赖于社会和民间资本投资教育的积极性以及如何有效地加强高校资金的规范管理和监督、审计.

| Abstract: | With the enlargement of higher education institutions, people from all social fields focus their attention on the problems brought by insufficient investment in higher education, such as, problem of equality, quality and industrialization in education. How to get rid of these negative effects depends on the whether government of all levels give priority to education, and on their determination and will to invest legally. It also relies on the non-government enthusiasm in investing education and how to ensure the standard management, inspection and auditing of higher education investment. |
