| 摘 要： | 我国的纺织品发展是引人关注的,配额制更是我国纺织品发展过程中的一个代表性产物。随着我国经济发展的深层次化,纺织品服装业也发生了显著的变化。属于典型的劳动密集型产业的纺织服装业在我国逐渐走向“衰弱”,而在与此相应的东盟各国却得到了飞速发展。在中国和东盟积极筹建中国———东盟自由贸易区的背景下,应认真分析我国与东盟主要国家纺织服装业对外贸易与双边贸易的现状,以及我国和东盟此行业的竞争关系,以提高我国纺织服装行业的竞争力并在加强区域经济合作的基础上采取相应的策略,以达到最终质的转变及双赢的目的。

| Abstract: | China's textile and clothes industry has seen its rapid growth due to its optimistic trade with ASEAN and great competition as well.In the recent years,China and the ASEAN take an active manner in establishing the china-ASEAN Free Trade Zone.Under the background,the paper first makes an analysis of the status quo of the bilateral trade in textile and garment industry and the competition between china and the ASEAN.Then it touches upon the countermeasures for china to enhance her competition in textile and garment industry by strengthening regional cooperation. |
