| 摘 要： | 建国后曾有过两次较大规模的西部建设高潮,但未能使西部经济发展赶上东部.本次西部大开发可以从中得到如下鉴示西部大开发必须通过市场方式来实现;大开发的主题是缩小城乡二元化差别;大开发的内涵是外部经济及市场经济与西部经济相融合的过程;其成败的关键在于能否实现市场向西部的倾斜;其成功的标准是使西部获得全面而可持续的发展.

| Abstract: | Despite the two upsurges of western China construction after liberation, the economic development in western China still remains considerably behind that in eastern China. The following inspirations can be drawn from the present economic development in western China: the economic development in western China can by no means realized except in the form of market; the major subject of the economic development is none other but diminishing the dual differences between the country and the town; the essence of the economic development is a process of combination of external economy and market economy with the economy in western China; the policy of the economic development is whether the market can provide preferential terms for western China; a successful economic development in western China will present itself in the allround and continuing development on its own. |
