| 摘 要： | 通过对丽水市20岁以上居民进行房地产市场问卷调查,根据政府最新房地产政策,结合丽水实际情况与丽水市＂十二五＂规划进程,利用SWOT模式对丽水房地产发展前景进行优势、逆势、机会与威胁分析,得出要使丽水市房地产平稳发展,按建设局＂十二五＂规划人口发展趋势,政府居住土地投放量每年约需604亩,并且以建设小户型经济型房源为主的结论。

| Abstract: | Through the questionnaire on the estate of Lishui residents over twenty years old,according to the new realestate policy of by the government,and combining the 12th five-year plan of Lishui City,SWOT analytical frame is used to investigate the opportunities and challenges of the estate development in Lishui City.The conclusion was obtained that the realestate development must be based on the government＇s putting land into circulation every year,and building the small house. |
