| 摘 要： | 运用不同底物，不同浓度，不同基础培养基进行了漆酶产生菌初筛条件的优化，找到了愈创木酚、邻联甲苯胺、联苯胺三种较好的底物，及其他们的最适使用浓度和最佳观察时间。

| Abstract: | Different substrates, different concentrations and basic mediums were first used to select the best growth condition of laccase produced fungus. O-methoxyphenol, O-tolidine and benzidine were round to be the better substrates. Their optimum concentration and time for observation were recorded. |
