人才培养模式及其改革的要义

摘    要:人才培养模式是人才培养的顶层设计、系统设计和整体设计,涵盖和指导着教学工作的方方面面。传统的人才培养模式存在的主要问题是:培养目标与培养路径匹配度不高、学业评价与培养目标匹配度不高、单门课程与课程总体匹配度不高、教学方式方法与培养方案匹配度不高。人才培养模式改革应从领会人才培养模式的内涵、突破传统思想观念的束缚、明晰应用型人才培养特征、科学制定人才培养方案、把实践教学课程纳入专业核心课程、重视教师实践应用能力的提升、改进教学质量评价七个方面入手。
