| 摘 要： | 制定旅游基本法已成时代的必然要求,如何制定旅游基本法就成为理论对实践的必然回应,从现有可资借鉴的旅游法律资源和旅游基本法制定模式选择来看,《旅游权利法案》是制定旅游基本法可资借鉴的不可或缺的资源。

| Abstract: | To establish the fundamental tourism law has been the certain request of our time. Therefore, it becomes the inevitable issue how to establish the fundamental tourism law from the point of theory according to the practical requirements. The author of this paper holds the idea that in all the tourism legal system and the institutional model of the fundamental tourism law, which can be used for reference at present, Travel Rights Draft is the absolutely necessary legal resources. |
