| 摘 要： | 本课题系中国一澳大利亚体育科学学术交流与合作的项目。采用双盲法实验设计，使用ＫＩＮ一ＣＯＭ５００Ｈ型系统造成受试者的延迟性肌肉酸痛（ＤＯＭＳ），并用它测定肌力。用测痛仪测定痛阈。本研究选用灸血海、风市及足三里穴，观察对因ＤＯＭＳ引起的ＣＰＫ，肌力及痛阈变化的影响，实验表明，灸疗对ＤＯＭＳ所致的肌力下降及疼痛均有一定程度的缓解。

| Abstract: | This task is one of the acadamical exchange projects of the sports Science betweenAustralia and China. Doubleblind trail was used.The test perfurmed on the KIN-COM 500H Systemwith eccentric exercise program designed to cause delayed- onset muscle sorenees ( DOMS ).Measurenient of one repetition maxiniuni strensth for a cuncentric and eccentric contraction of thequadriceps. Assessment of perceived pain was measured by praseure probe technique. After usingmoxibustion on Acu- point of Xuehai Fengshi and Zu-sanli in the treatment of DOMS, the restsindicated that the degree of pain in inuscle relieved and muscle strength decrease show differents resultsfrom the control group. |
