| 摘 要： | 异化劳动理论在马克思主义体系中占有极其重要的地位。马克思从对资本主义条件下异化劳动的批判到深入分析人的内在本质，阐明了异化的本质，揭示了劳动异化是人异化的根源。马克思的劳动异化理论为现代社会物化状态下探究人主体性的缺少及人自身实现提供了指导。

| Abstract: | The alienated labour theory has a very important position in the Marxism＇ s theory. After Marx critically criticized the alienated labour under the condition of capitalism and analyzed in depth the intrinsic nature of human beings, he revealed the origination of human alienation fi＇om the alienated labour. The Marx＇s alienated labour theory provides the guidance to the study of the lack of human subjectivity and realization of human subjectivity. |
