| 摘 要： | 解放思想、实事求是是邓小平理论的精髓，创新性是邓小平思想政治教育理论的本质特征。近年来，高校思想政治教育工作的环境和对象发生了巨大的变化，这些变化对学生的成长产生了深刻影响。面对这些挑战，思想政治教育工作者必须不断解放思想，把创新精神贯彻于高校教育的始终。
