| Abstract: | It is increasingly important to make deaf education more adaptable to social and economic development. By furthering the theoretical study and transforming educational ideology, the sense of responsibility as well as faculty construction will be strengthened. It is also necessary to rise the overall quality, promote crestivity and deepen educational reform. Stricter educational management must be carried out so as to realize the "Three Excellent" standards and deaf schools will be able to function better. When deaf students graduate, they can make a living on their own,create wealth for the society and finally offer their services for socialist modernization construction. |
