| 摘 要： | 本文探讨和总结了以人为本的现代高等学校教学管理理念,论述了管理育人、服务育人的思想在教学管理过程中的重要性,提出应在坚持教学管理模式、教学质量监控体系、教学管理方法手段和教学管理研究方向等四个"适时改革"的前提下,不断提高教学管理水平。

| Abstract: | The modern teaching management theories,peopleoriented,are summarized and discussed in this article.It states that the theory of management and service with education is important in the process of teaching management.And it proposes that the teaching management level should be improved according to "appropriate reform" of teaching management pattern,teaching quality monitoring system,and teaching management measure and research direction of teaching management. |
