| 摘 要： | 我国自然科学基金资助的基础性研究项目应该在攀登世界科学高峰和为未来社会经济发展提供科技动力和成果方面作出贡献.本文在分析讨论了国内外科学基金工作有关情况后,提出了在科学基金中设立资助大型关键仪器设备更新研制专项和资助大学——企业界联系与合作专项的建议,以期进一步完善现有资助体系,充分发挥科学基金的效益,达到上述目标.

| Abstract: | Basic science supported by Natural Science Foundation should play important role in scaling the height of science as well as providing scientific technological basis and research result for future economic development. Suggestions on setting up a special fund to support research on large-scale key apparatus and joint - research of uniwersities and enterprises, based on the analysis of science foundation at home and abroad, are put forward, purpose of this paper is to improve the supporting system and make good of science fonndation. |
