| 摘 要： | 篮球防守的技术动作由脚步移动和手臂动作共同构成,手臂动作在防守中起着十分重要的作用,是提高防守质量不容忽视的环节。为了提高防守的攻击性,必须重视对防守时手臂技术的掌握和运用,同时在比赛中也必须避免盲目、随意用手的习惯。本文分析了几种防守状态下的手臂运用技术,以期为训练和比赛提供一些有意义的参考。

| Abstract: | The technical movement of basketball defence is composed of movement by steps with arm movement together,arm movement takes very important role in defending,and forms a necessary link to raise defence quality.To raise the attack of defence, the technology of arm must be grasped and utilized in defence,at the same time in match blind use of the hand habits at will must also be avoided.This paper analyses several utilization techniques of the arm in defence states in order to offer some meaningful references for training and matches. |
