| 摘 要： | 在详细探讨图书馆联盟构建的动因、内涵和类型的基础上,着重比较分析图书馆联盟与传统图书馆管理模式的优势与劣势,指出图书馆联盟是建立在资源优化组合基础之上的新型合作模式。它通过对外部资源的有效集合和整合,能有效地弥补单一图书馆馆藏资源不足的缺陷,具有强大的资源优势和竞争优势。

| Abstract: | Globalization and the knowledge economy age have greatly challenged the existence and development of the libraries. In order to optimize the utilization of the libraries, opportunities ought to be grasped to seek the latest development mechanism and explore the advanced management model. The league of libraries is the new type of the function model based on such an idea. With this league, readers various demands for information can be dealt with efficiently, and in the meantime, defects in the libray management models can be effectively avoided. |
