| 摘 要： | 从立法、体育执法、体育法律监督、体育仲裁与司法等几个方面对北京、上海等22个省市的现状进行了调查研究，并提出了相应的对策与建议：以建立有中国特色的体育法律法规体系为目标，进一步加强立法工作；加强体育执法行政队伍建设，强化体育行政执法；完善体育法律监督体系；加强体育普法宣传教育。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of documents collection and questionnaire, the present study investigated the current situation of sports industry legislation,arbitration,supervision and judicial judge in 22 provinces and cities such as Beijing and Shanghai,and proposed some related advice to solve the problems. The study suggested that with the purpose of constructing a Chinese characterized sports legal system,we must strengthen the legal construction and reinforce the administration team,the legal supervisor system. More propaganda should be made to promote the legal administration of the sports industry. |
