摘    要:在知识经济时代,知识是企业最重要的资源。隐性知识是企业创新的源泉,企业隐性知识的共享与传播已成为企业核心竞争力的关键。但隐性知识的有效共享是困难的,其影响因素是复杂的。文章用博弈论的方法分析激励因素对于隐形知识共享的重要性,并在此基础上提出了建立隐形知识有效共享激励机制的方法。

Abstract:In the age of information economy, knowledge is the most important resource. Tacit knowledge is the source of innovation in enterprises. The sharing and transfer of tacit knowledge has been the key factor that determines an enterprise's core competence. But tacit knowledge is difficult to share. The influence is complex. The paper employs game theory to examine the importance of inspiration system in the process of tacit sharing. Based on it, an inspiration mechanism on tacit knowledge sharing is put forward.
