能源产业转型可行性研究——以山西为例

摘    要:煤炭产业占据山西经济的主体部分导致山西产业分布不平衡,文化旅游等服务业发展滞后,科技创新能力落后,生态环境的承载能力变弱。为了让山西走出长期过度依赖煤炭等能源资源发展的困局,必须树立创新观念,立足于现有条件延长煤炭产业的产业链,提高产品附加值,积极开发新能源、新技术,让其能源产业通过与其他产业融合焕发新的生命力,同时加快培育可持续发展的低能耗低排放产业,逐步令新兴产业部分甚至完全地成为拉动全省经济增长的有力推动器。只有走产业转型融合发展的道路,山西才能够实现科学可持续发展,为新时代中国经济的成长贡献自己的力量。

Abstract:In Shanxi economically dominated by coal industry,an imbalanced industry distribution has been caused,service industry like cultural tourism has developed behind,scientific and technological innovation capacity is behindhand,and ecological environment bearing capacity is weak.To help Shanxi to get out of the dilemma that Shanxi has depended on coal and other energy resources in development,Shanxi should set up the innovation ideas,extend the coal industry chain based on the existing conditions,improve the added value of products,and actively develop the new energy and new technology,to make its energy industry integrate with other industries to develop with new vitality,and also,it shall accelerate the cultivation of low-energy-consumption and low-emission industries of sustainable development,and gradually developed the emerging industries to become a powerful drive to push the economic growth of the whole province in part and even completely.Only by taking the road of industry transformation integration development,can Shanxi realize scientific and sustainable development,so as to make contributions to economic growth of China in the new times.
