农用地生态经济系统耦合发展评价研究

摘    要:塔里木河流域生态环境脆弱、经济社会发展落后,作为典型的农牧区,其农用地资源开发利用与经济社会发展具有耦合关系。在明晰农用地生态经济系统耦合内涵的基础上,运用耦合度评价模型对塔里木河流域农用地生态经济系统耦合发展进行了评价分析。研究发现:1997年-2006年,塔里木河流域农用地生态子系统与经济社会子系统综合指数均呈上升趋势,但二者演化速度差异较大,反映出流域农用地生态经济系统内部胁迫—约束机制加强;通过耦合度的发展演变得知流域农用地生态经济系统在1997年-2001年、2002年-2004年、2005年-2006年三个时间段分别处于过度开发型、强烈开发型与协调型状态,耦合态势逐步好转,经历了由不协调到协调的过程。

Abstract:Coordinating the relationship between ecological conservation and socio-economic development is considered a reasonable way to realize regional sustainable development. In the agricultural and pastoral areas of western China with arid and semi-arid climatic conditions, exploitation and utilization of agricultural land often result in a series of eco-economic problems. As a typical agricultural and pastoral area, the Tarim River basin is confronted with fragile ecological environment and a backward socio-economic level as well. It is suggested that there is a coupling relationship between its agricultural land exploitation and socio-economic development. In this context, the connotation of the coupling development of the agricultural land eco-economic system was expounded and an index system on evaluating the coupling development was established in this paper. On the basis of this, a model on the coupling degree was constructed to evaluate the coupling development of the agricultural land eco-economic system in the Tarim River basin. Results showed that the comprehensive indices of the agricultural land ecological subsystem and socio-economic subsystem displayed increasing trends during the period 1997-2006. However, the two subsystems showed a great difference in evolution rate in this period, which reflected the fact that the interior stress-constraint mechanisms of the agricultural land eco-economic system were being strengthened. The development rate of the socio-economic subsystem decreased under the pressure of the eco-environment, while the improvement rate of eco-environment increased due to socio-economic development. The coupling evaluation results showed that the agricultural land eco-economic system in the basin generally underwent three evolution stages, i.e., over-exploitation, intensive-exploitation, and coordinated-exploitation in 1997-2001, 2002-2004 and 2005-2006, respectively. The coupling degree was gradually improved from an uncoordinated to a coordinated state. It was concluded that it would be a big challenge to conserve the ecological environment, exploit resources and build a well-off society in an all-round way for the Tarim River basin in the future. There is still a long way to go to realize eco-economic coordinated development and promote harmonious coexistence between human and the nature. This study would be greatly helpful for guiding local ecological conservation and socio-economic development.
