摘 要: | 合成了一个新的钌(Ⅱ)多吡啶配合物Ru(dmb)2(ipbd)](ClO4)2dmb=4,4′-二甲基-2,2′-联吡啶],ipbd=2-(6,9-二氧环己环苯基)咪唑并4,5-f]邻菲咯啉,用元素分析、电喷雾质谱、^1H NMR对该配合物进行表征;用电子吸收光谱、粘度测试研究配合物与DNA作用。此外也研究了配合物清除羟基自由基的能力。实验结果表明配合物Ru(dmb)2(ipbd)](ClO4)2与DNA之间通过插入模式结合。

Abstract: | A new ruthenium (Ⅱ) complex Ru (drab)2 (ipbd)] (ClO4)2 dmb=4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine],ipbd=2- (6,9-benz-odioxane) H-imizado 4,5-f] phenanthrolin has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, ES-MS and 1HNMR. The DNA-binding behaviors were investigated by electronic absorption spectra, fluorescent spectra, viscosity measurements. The antioxidant activity against hydroxyl radical (.OH) was also investigated. The results show that the complex Ru(dmb)2(ipbd)] (ClO4)2 binds to DNA through intercalation mode. |
