摘    要:农村教师培训在农村教育的发展中有着很重要的地位。罗马尼亚近些年来针对农村教师开展了"导师制"培训项目,并在"导师"的遴选,教师的校本化、参与性体验以及评估等方面取得了一定的成绩。针对我国农村教师培训中存在的问题,借鉴罗马尼亚在教师培训方面的成功经验,我国农村教师培训应在培训人员、内容、形式、评价等方面进行改进。

Abstract:Rural teacher training plays an important role in rural education development.In recent years,Romania has carried out a tutorial system training project for rural teachers and has made achievements in tutor selection,teachers’ school-based training,participating experience and evaluation.This paper analyzes problems in rural teacher training in our country,takes the successful experience of Romania as reference and points out that improvement should be made in trainee,content,form and evaluation in rural teacher training in China.
