民族地区师范教育实习管理模式探索

摘    要:边远民族地区由于地理环境特殊,管理模式陈旧,教育水平相对低下,体现在教育实习管理上就存在不少亟待研究解决的问题。本文通过问卷调查发现,目前师范专业学生的教育实习疏于管理、流于形式、效果不佳等问题比较突出,其中的原因也比较复杂。师范院校并非教育实习的唯一管理者,中小学校、教育行政部门、人事部门等都应对教育实习负有管理责任。只有建立多管齐下的教育实习管理系统,才能真正提高教育实习效果,达到预期目的。

Abstract:In remote ethnic areas,due to special geographical environment,out-of-date management and low level of education,many problems exist in management of normal education practice.Through questionnaire,the writers find out that in present normal education practice,problems such as insufficient management,focusing on form and poor effect are caused by complicated reasons.After analysis,the writers hold that teachers’ colleges are not the only managers of education practice,middle and primary schools,educational administrative departments and personnel departments all should be responsible for the practice.Only through a multi-pronged management system,can education practice become really effective for the expected goal.
