| 摘 要： | 随着社会和科学技术的发展，在校学生隐私权的问题日渐突现。侵犯学生隐私权，包括乱搜、乱看、监视监听、公布披露、调查刺探等方面。侵犯学生隐私权行为有社会、法律、物质条件等原因。学校应从现存的法律中找到保护学生隐私权的依据和救济的途径。
