| 摘 要： | 人才,是文化产业发展的重要支撑,我国很多高校在目前都开设了文化产业专业,大力培养文化产业人才。很多高校在课程设置方面存在诸多问题,要培养优秀的文化产业人才,必须大力培养跨学科师资力量,积极搭建教学交流平台,恰当处理各课程之间的关系,并创造宽松的教学环境。

| Abstract: | Talent is an important support element for the development of cultural industries.In recent years,many colleges and universities in China have established cultural industry professional,make great efforts to train talent of cultural industries.To cultivate the cultural industries talent,we must make great efforts to train interdisciplinary teachers,establish exchange platform,to deal with the relationship between the various programs appropriately and create a relaxed learning environment. |
