| Abstract: | By the approach of deduction, this article analyzes the construction of the self-access and cooperative mode in the physical education. Essentially, this mode is based on the humanity teaching concept, life-time exercise concept, self-access learning and cooperative learning as well. In addition, this mode has been tested by sample teaching practice, which not only manifests its appropriate range and principles but also the problems to which attention should be paid in the process of application of it. |
