高等工科教育需要“双师型”教师

摘    要:本文从目前高等工科教育存在的问题出发,探讨在高等工科教育中培养“双师型”教师的必要性及其培养机制。研究认为,改变工科教育观念与教育模式是高校“双师型”教师培养的重要前提;“先期介入式”工程教育可促进工科专业“双师型”教师的培养;企业兼职“教授级高工”是高校“双师型”教师及“高工级教授”培养的重要支撑;高校应该积极面向社会引进各行各业的“教授级高工”兼职任课,聘请他们当兼职教授,改善教师队伍结构;长期稳定的教学实习基地也是高校“双师型”教师培养的重要基地;此外,应建立教师继续工程教育制度。
