| 摘 要： | 介绍国内外注塑机节电控制系统的发展情况及注塑机变频调速原理,并设计出以电机控制专用单片机80C196MC和型号为PM20CSJ060的智能功率模块(IPM)为核心的变频调速器。最后探讨了针对定量泵及电机本身存在的缺陷的软件补偿措施。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the development of energy-saving control system of domestic and overseas injection molding machines and the principle of speed-regulating method by changing frequency.Based on 80C196MC,which tailors for motor control and IPM PM20CSJ060,a transducer is designed.This paper also discusses on the way of software compensation to solve the problems caused by constant pump and motor. |
