| 摘 要： | 通过启动＂行政事业单位资产管理信息系统＂建设,依托信息化手段,实现集团对下属单位包括固定资产在内的各类国有资产的动态长效管理。规范国有资产管理业务过程,加强资产管理力度,提升资产管理效率和资产利用率,从而减少资产流失,实现了国有资产动态长效监管。

| Abstract: | Long-term dynamic supervision of state-owned asset,including fixed asset,of affiliated units is realized by applying 'Management information system of administrative institutions' and information processing technologies.Management procedures of state-owned assets are standardized and strengthened.Management efficiency and asset utilization rate are also improved and asset loss reduced. |
