| 摘 要： | 从13世纪末到14世纪初,海都、笃哇等中亚蒙古势力屡次侵入漠北蒙古地区。海都死后,中亚蒙古势力与元朝的关系趋于缓和。此后,元朝漠北边防问题转入新的局面,即如何确保大批边民①的粮食供给问题成为当朝政府亟须解决的问题。元廷通过运粮、屯田等一系列有效措施解决了和林边民的粮食问题,并为和林地区的农业发展做出了贡献。
