| 摘 要： | 大学生心理发展的过渡性、个体差异性及学校教育管理的缺失等,导致了大学生寝室人际关系中的＂霸权主义＂、敌意和行为习惯的冲突等方面的人际交往问题,高校学生寝室管理模式的健全、寝室文化的建构及相应的心理辅导是解决大学生寝室人际关系问题的应对策略。

| Abstract: | The psychological transition,the individual differences and the poor university management all result in the hegemonism,enmity and behavioral conflicts in interpersonal relationship in university dormitories.It is fundamental coping strategies to perfect the management of dormitories at universities,to construct the healthy dorm culture and to conduct psychological tutorship for the solution to interpersonal problems in university dormitories. |
