| Abstract: | Facing to the updated technical conditions with the new morphology in broadcasting and TV programmes,the broadcastere and the sponsors ard supposed to cope well with the three relations of bringing a new idea with a guide,inheritance and knowledge respectively. Confronting the upcoming new problems with a new conception and a new sightscope, the broadcaster and sponsors are requested to study successively, improve a better knowledge structure and developa new space in the art of broadcasting and presiding. |
