| 摘 要： | 加强经济法实践教学是《经济法》的课程特点及人才培养目标的必然要求。而目前经济法实践教学存在很多制约因素,改革实践教学方法,破除经济法实践教学瓶颈,增强学生的主观能动性和实务操作能力,以实现经济法从理论到实践的把握,是当前经济法教学的当务之急。
