| 摘 要： | 农村富则国家强,农村稳则社会安。推进以民生为重点的社会建设,基础教育是根本,特别是农村。教育问题一直是制约农村发展的瓶颈。文章通过对河南省确山县部分农村基础教育现状的了解,针对当前在农村基础教育中存在着几个值得思考的变化,特提出当前促进农村基础教育健康发展的几点建议。
