| 摘 要： | 企业反竞争评估主要包括对手评估和自身评估。本文依据反竞争情报评估的内容，确定了企业的反竞争情报指标，并运用模糊综合评价法论述了企业自身的评估，确定哪些竞争性要素是对手会搜集并加以分析利用的，并分析了其重要程度，以期对企业信息源加强管理。

| Abstract: | The assessment of enterprise mainly includes competitor assessment and enterprise assessment. According to the content of Defensive Competitive Intelligence Assessment, the paper constructs the index of Defensive Competitive Intelligence, and assesses the enterprise by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. And the assessment of Enterprise Defensive Competitive Intelligence mainly analyses the weightiness of the competitive factors, and the weakness of the enterprise. |
