| 摘 要： | 文章对少儿武术训练在不同时期所遵循的原则及少儿生理、心理、师资、家庭等因素对幼儿训练的影响进行了论述。借以达到利用这些因素扬长避短,推动武术普及,加大武术后备人才的培养力度,扩大武术的影响范围。
