风险社会与教师自我认同危机

摘    要:伴随风险社会的到来,近年来教师的自我认同正经历着前所未有的危机。由于风险社会造成的"例行化"、"有序性"的消失,致使教师在不确定性的社会情境中产生了"存在性焦虑"、"信任危机"、"本体性安全威胁"等问题。当然,风险社会也为教师个体提供了发展机遇,它要求教师持有批判视角、增强自我认同意识、提升自己的反思性选择能力,并在时空迷失、抽象体系泛化的日常生活中,既防止"自我分裂",又保持"自我同一性"。

Abstract:With the coming of the risk society,the self-identity of teacher is undergoing crisis in recent years.Because of the risk society,'the routine' and ' the sequence' disappeared,the teacher giving birth to 'existential anxiety','crisis of trust','menace of ontological security' and so on in the uncertainty complexion.But risk society offers the opportunity of individual development.It requests teacher to hold criticizing angle,to strengthen consciousness of self identity,to advancing ability of reflective choice,and to prevent 'self abruption' and retain 'self identity' in the daily living with maze of space time and generalization of abstract system.
