摘    要:可控硅做为大功率电子器件在工程中得到广泛应用,其触发控制方式在许多交流设备中都采用过零触发方式。介绍一种应用于单片机控制系统中的过零触发电路,经过多次调试使用,证明工作稳定、可靠性高。

Abstract:Thyristors,great power electronic parts,are used widely in projects,whose controlling are adapted the zero trigger mode used in many intercourse equipments.The paper introduces a sort of zero trigger circuit used in Single Chip Microcomputer controlling system,which is proved to work stabilization and high reliability by debugging and using for many times.
