两种校内管理制度产生方式的比较

摘    要:在中小学,校内管理制度的产生方式有两种:自上而下制定与内生。首先指出了自上而下制定制度的缺陷,然后在哈耶克“自生自发”秩序论的启示下,提出了一种与自上而下制定制度相对应的制度产生方式——内生,最后则着重对两种产生方式进行了辩证思考,论述了两者的互补性与实现两者有机融合的关键。

Abstract:In the primary and secondary schools, there are two styles of school's internal management regulation: one is enacted from top to bottom and the other is endogenous. This paper points out the flaw of enacted regulation from top to bottom at first, and second in the enlightenment of Hayek's spontaneous order theory, puts forward the endogenous styles which are contrary to enacted from top to bottom. At last, this paper puts particular emphasis on the dialectical thinking about the two generative styles, expounds mutually supplement of two styles and the key to the organic integration of two styles.
