| 摘 要： | “十一五”期间，职业教育要实现大发展，必须紧紧围绕区域经济和行业发展、产业结构优化升级和农村劳动力转移的需要，以公办职业院校为主体，构建校企合作、校际合作、国际合作办学以及培育新型农民的职业教育体系，坚持政府主导、依靠企业、充分发挥行业作用、社会力量积极参与，公办与民办共同发展的多元办学格局，同时调动一切积极因素，构建多元化的职业教育投资体系。

| Abstract: | In the period of 11th-five-year,in order to achieve huge development,vocational education must encirle the demand of regional economy and industrial development,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the transfer of rural labour force,construct vocational education system of cooperation between school and enterprise,cooperation among schools and school-running by international cooperation under the main part of governmental vocational schools to cultivate new-type peasants,persist in the pluralistic school-running structure of dominating by government,depending on enterprise,fully exerting industrial function,actively participating of social force and common development of governmental and non-governmental schools,at the same time,motivate all positive factors to build pluralistic investment system of vocational education. |
