| 摘 要： | 中国共产党领导中国人民取得中国革命、建设和改革事业胜利的一个重要原因就是拥有强有力的党中央领导集体。党在成立之初就十分重视党的中央领导集体建设,尤其是中央委员会的建设。在新民主主义革命时期,党在领导机构、职能结构、党内民主、产生方式等方面对中央委员会的建设进行了不懈的探索。这些探索为党加强中央领导集体建设、完善党中央的集体领导体制等提供了宝贵经验和重要启示。
