| 摘 要： | 嵇康的音乐和养生思想是嵇康思想的重要组成部分。嵇康的音乐和养生思想实则是其率真的个性与当时社会现实之间产生矛盾后,寻求主观超越的一条途径。嵇康认为音乐出于自然,音乐的本质属性在于“和”,即“五音之和”,“自然之和”,“人心之和”;在音乐与情感的关系问题上,嵇康认为“声无哀乐”;在养生方面,嵇康主张通过情欲的超越,物的超越,抛弃智巧的滥用来达到其理想的超然境界。

| Abstract: | The music and preserving health thoughts of Ji Kang are the important parts of Ji Kang thoughts and are a path for Ji Kang to seek subjective transcendence when his frank personality conflicted with social reality.Ji Kang thought that music comes from nature and its essence lies in "harmony" such as "harmony of the five notes of traditional Chinese music","harmony of nature" and "harmony of public feelings".As for relation between music and feeling,Ji Kang thought that music doesn't come from human mind.As for preserving health,Ji Kang claimed that we could realize the excellent spiritual detached ambit through surpassing ardor and the desire for material wealth,abandoning using too much wisdom. |
