| 摘 要： | 当前，国内外学术期刊呈现出了五大出版形势：（1）市场兼并使得大出版商更具垄断性；（2）学术期刊从以纸介质出版为中心转向以网络出版为中心；（3）期刊的经营模式越来越多样化；（4）我国紧跟世界学术期刊出版的步伐，高度重视出版工作；（5）我国学术期刊的出版向精品化目标全力推进。基于此，为促进高校学报与国内外学术期刊同步发展，要努力做到以下几点：（1）转变办刊理念，明确目标定位，改革管理模式；（2）提高学报的内容质量；（3）争办精品、特色期刊；（4）建立新的出版机制；（5）完善网络化出版。
