| 摘 要： | 西方教育管理的批判理论在猛烈抨击教育管理的结构功能主义理论的基础上,将反思与批判作为教育管理理论研究的一个根本目的,从宏观社会的角度回答了教育管理现实生活中的一系列重大问题。西方教育管理批判理论存在着许多难以克服的难题,不能兑现自己的实践承诺,主要表现在批判研究的代理机构、激励与阻力、微观政治等方面。
