| 摘 要： | 计算机技术与现代通讯技术的发展相结合,给高校图书馆带来了全新的网络环境,传统图书馆逐渐呈现出向数字化方向迈进的趋势.这一质的飞跃导致图书馆信息服务模式的深刻变革和馆员角色的重新定位,同时也对馆员的素质提出了更高的要求.文章在阐述馆员信息素质的现状的基础上,提出了培养信息馆员的有效途径.

| Abstract: | :With the combination of the technology of computer and the development of modern comunication , the college library has welcomed the new net-work cicumstance , the traditional library gradually emerges on the tendency of walking to the digitization . The markable leap makes the model of information service innovate deeply and renew the role of staffs . At the same time , it requests higher demands of the stuffs' information quality . This chapter gives an effical way of bringing up the information stuff on the basis of the present instituation of their quality . |
