| 摘 要： | 加强师生间的沟通与交流是教育工作的关键。只有走进学生的心灵,与学生进行有效的沟通才能充分发挥教育的作用,引导学生积极健康的成长。文章从师生沟通应具备的基本条件,沟通中常见的障碍及沟通的途径等几方面进行了阐述。
